Cancellation Policy
We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule and acommodate other clients.
Notifying us in less than 24 hours will result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of service. This policy is set as we would not be able to fill the cancelled slot in under 24 hours.
We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.
LATE POLICIES
Please notify your artist if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
